Yum Yum.... We have peaches, blackberries and raspberries nestled between two layers of hazelnut & almond linzer crust... what more could you ask for? I'd never heard of a "patchwork" crust before. The basic concept involves randomly placing 3" strips of rolled dough over the top of the tart. It certainly has a unique appearance, though I think I prefer a traditional lattice top to the patchwork top. Jenn
