Apricot Rum Pie


I was pretty hesitant to try this pie. Fresh apricots in winter? Rum in a pie? I am so glad that I gave it a shot! It was absolutely delicious... SO good warm.... and something a bit out of the ordinary. Jenn

Jenn, this looks beautiful! I might need the recipe for this crust. And on the rum...I do a cranberry apple pie that calls for it and my mother in law and I are convinced it's what makes the pie great.
