Meringue-Topped Coconut Pie in Coconut Crust

This pie was coconut through and through... from the toasted coconut crust (quite yummy) to the coconut cream to the coconut sprinkled on top. Jillian and Sophida got to sample this one with me and it wasn't half-bad! Needless to say, I didn't have to throw any of this pie away... the whole thing was gone in less than 24 hours. Jenn
