Shaker Citrus Pie in a Cookie Crust

Though, this pie was nice to look at, it is my least favorite pie, so far. It called for whole slices of candied lemon and orange in the filling and I just didn't find the texture very pleasing. Hmmm... here's hoping the next one will be a bit more enjoyable. Jenn
